Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using DealFlow AI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your brokerage, and agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.

Description of Service

DealFlow AI is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed for real estate brokers in India. The Service includes:

• Automated lead capture from property portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, etc.) via Gmail integration
• Lead capture from Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads via Meta integration
• Lead pipeline management, follow-up reminders, and team collaboration tools
• Analytics and reporting on lead performance and agent activity
• WhatsApp Business integration for lead communication (where available)

Account Registration

To use DealFlow AI, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not share your account credentials with anyone outside your registered brokerage team

Subscription and Billing

DealFlow AI offers paid subscription plans with a 35-day complimentary Founder Access period for new accounts.

• Founder Access: New accounts receive 35 days of full access at no charge. No credit card required to start.
• Paid Plans: After Founder Access, continued use requires a paid subscription (Starter ₹1,499/month, Growth ₹2,499/month, Team ₹4,999/month).
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused periods. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe there was an error.
• Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price increases.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use DealFlow AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to collect leads without the knowledge or consent of the individuals whose data you capture
• Share, resell, or sublicense access to the Service to third parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content through any integration
• Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable Indian law, including the IT Act 2000 and DPDP Act 2023
• Impersonate another person or entity

Data and Privacy

Your use of DealFlow AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain ownership of all lead data and business data you input into DealFlow AI. We do not sell, share, or use your lead data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of DealFlow AI complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents from individuals whose data you process through the platform.

Third-Party Integrations

DealFlow AI integrates with third-party services including Google (Gmail), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and WhatsApp Business API. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service of those platforms.

We are not responsible for any changes, outages, or policy changes by third-party platforms that may affect the functionality of these integrations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DealFlow Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, leads, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all leads from integrated portals will be captured in every instance.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will notify you via email or in-app notification of any significant changes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of DealFlow AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes before pursuing legal action.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in activity that harms other users or our platform.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Your data will be retained for 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
